However if an item is faulty please refer below, RITM Australia is the manufacturer provider and are under their returns policy. RITM Australia provides a wide range of technical support to ensure that our products perform to your expectations. RITM Australia have an in-house service center for all RITM SCENAR devices and accessories and are proud of our ability to provide one of the fastest device repair turnaround times in the world.

If you receive any merchandise that is dective, please contact SCENARGOLDCOAST.COM within 14 days and we accept product returns only for damaged goods. Item/s must be returned in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange it.
Please note, if the product is not faulty, you are responsible for shipping costs to return item/s.
We do except return items for change of mind, as these items are personal or practitioner used products.

All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition.
Boxed/Packaged Goods: When returning boxed or packaged goods please ensure you pack them inside a satchel and do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not accept your return.
